Are the products pressure tested?

Yes, all of our jackets are tested to 6000 mm and the bags to 8000 mm.


How big are the jackets?

In general the unisex jackets are slightly oversized, the purpose being acommodation for a normal jacket or sweater underneath. See our size guide.


Can I wash my RAINS Jacket?

Yes, you can wash the jacket/coat in a regular washing machine at 30-40 degrees.


Can I iron my jacket?

Yes, you can iron the inside of the jacket to get a perfect wrinkle free outer surface.


I lost my belt to my curve Jacket. Can I order a new belt?

Yes you can, go to the international site and order a new belt. It cost 50 DKK including shipping and EU VAT. Just follow this link


I bought the wrong size, how can I exchange my purchase?

please email us at you have the opportunity to get a refund or replacement within 14 days of purchase.

Can I track my order?

Yes, in your shipping mail from Auspost there is a tracking link where you will be able to follow the progress of your item.


What is the delivery time?

It depends on where you are located. Metro areas VIC, NSW & SA are generally 2-3 working days, QLD, WA, TAS, NT & Rural areas can take generally 4-5 working days. Our Express Post option takes approx 1-2 working days.


I just got my jacket, but it has a fault to it. Who do I return it to?

It depends. If you bought it in one of our retailer store, then please contact them. If you bought it on, then please email us at if the jacket is still under the 2 year warranty. If it's not warrented, please send us a mail with an attached image and then we will take it from there.


It's been 5 days since my order, but I havn't recieved it yet?

Please check your tracking link from your Auspost email. Perhaps Auspost already tried delivering it while you weren't home. If so please contact Auspost from the tracking link supplied.
